Additional Clause for Bespoke and Customised Items
When you purchase bespoke or personalised items from Crow and Arrows, the cooling off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 no longer applies. However, please contact me in the first instance as:
- If the item has not been dispatched by Crow and Arrows, I may choose to offer a refund of your full payment, minus a restocking fee.
- If the item has been dispatched by Crow and Arrows, I may choose to offer a refund of your full payment, minus cost of delivery and a restocking fee. If you choose to return the item, you must obtain return authorisation in writing from Crow and Arrows and return the item in its original state and packaging at your expense.
The restocking fee will depend on the item. If I feel able to easily resell the item, the restocking fee won't apply. However, if the item is heavily customised and will be hard to resell, the restocking fee will reflect this.
